Note:

1. The customer’s lucky draw entries for each stage of the promotion period will be recalculated on the first day of each stage.
2. If you forget your login password, you can reset it in BEA Mobile and log in immediately with the new password. Click here for details.
3. The amount for each fund transfer transaction must be HK$20 or above (or its equivalent in other currencies). If you want to increase the "Small Value Transfer" limit, please activate i-Token on BEA Mobile first, then go to "Settings" at the top-left corner > "Transaction and Withdrawal Limit Settings" > "Small Value Transfer Limit". To change the transaction limit for transfers or remittances to an unregistered payee, please activate i-Token on BEA Mobile first, then log in to BEA Online using two-factor authentication, or scan the QR code and click "Settings" > "Transaction Limit" to change the relevant transaction limit. 4. Not applicable to electronic bill payments made by scanning the QR code in BEA Mobile or to through BEA Mobile (app-to-app) using the merchant's mobile application.
5. The transaction amount for each electronic bill payment must be HK$50 or above (or its equivalent in other currencies). To change the transaction limit for high-risk merchant payments, please activate i-Token on BEA Mobile first, then log in to BEA Online using two-factor authentication, or scan the QR code and click "Settings" > "Transaction Limit" to change the relevant transaction limits. 6. Payments by credit card via BEA Mobile is only applicable to designated merchant categories including "Government or Statutory Organisation", "Utilities", "Education: Primary or Secondary School" and "Education: Post-secondary or Specialised Institution". (applicable to customers who only hold credit cards).
7. The amount of each time deposit transaction must be HK$5,000 or above (or its equivalent in other currencies) and the tenor must be at least one month.
8. The amount of each currency exchange transaction must be HK$2,000 or above (or its equivalent in other currencies).
9. The amount of each remittance transaction must be HK$1,000 or above (or its equivalent in other currencies).
10. Eligible transaction includes top up AlipayHK/Octopus App/PayMe/WeChat Pay HK or pay with UnionPay App. Each transaction amount must be HK$50 or above (or its equivalent in other currencies).
11. To be eligible, customer must update marketing preference to "Receiving promotional messages from all channels" or "Receiving promotional messages from selected channel(s)" (including mobile SMS/MMS, email, direct mail, phone calls or statement insert).
